• Neighborhood watch and local security alerts
• Password leak monitoring

3Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4Subscription and Payment

Our services are provided on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your chosen plan
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Provide valid payment information

Prices are subject to change with notice. Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

5Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
• No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods
• Your data will be retained for 30 days, then deleted

• All identity threats will be detected
• Data removal requests will always be successful

9Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrivacyOn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

10Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PrivacyOn, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

11Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through our services. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
